Conor O’Neill is CEO of LouderVoice, Europe’s leading provider of Customer Reviews solutions for SMEs. LouderVoice sells through a worldwide partner network that is seeing particular growth in local service businesses and the hospitality industry. He previously worked in senior management roles with Integral Design, Xilinx, EMC and McAfee and has co-founded three start-ups including Advanticus and HushVine. He doesn’t have any hobbies due to five children and a start-up. But if he did have any free time, he’d try running more. Conor has also been heavily involved in the Irish start-up community through co-editing Web2Ireland.org, founding Ireland’s most successful OpenCoffee, running Ireland’s first BarCamp and coordinating Facebook Developer Garages. John Henry Donovan is a Cork based developer & designer who is fanatical about web technology. Ger built his first website in the Summer of 2001 while studying a Masters of Cognitive Science at Edinburgh. He has been hooked since! His web programming path took in Natural Language Processing, Computational Linguistics and Human Computer Interaction in Education before he started StudioForty9 in 2006 and settled on specialising in Ecommerce. StudioForty9, based in Cork, now has an extremely strong reputation in Web Development and Ecommerce, operating as consultants and solution providers to a range of national and international clients on projects that range from the standard to the sublime. John is responsible for creating and growing Zartis. He was previously Director and co-founder of Upstart Games Ltd which brought Konami’s Frogger to Europe and North America on mobile devices. Upstart also built games for Walt Disney Internet Group, Sony Pictures and others. He was CEO and co-founder of a web development company (also called Zartis.com) during the manic dotcom days and was acquired in 2001 by a US systems integration company. Kevin O’Leary is the chief executive officer of Qumas, one of Ireland’s leading software companies, providing regulatory compliance solutions to global life sciences organisations. O’ Leary helped launch the company in 1994, moved to US in 1997 to establish the company’s presence, returned to Europe in 2002 and has been CEO at QUMAS since 2007. Kevin O’ Leary is an acknowledged regulatory expert covering life sciences, financial services, and other verticals and was nominated in Ernst and Young Irish Entrepreneur of the Year program 2009. He was also named in the Irish American Top 100 Most Influential People and more recently added to the Irish Science Advisory Council, which provides strategic direction to the Irish Government. O’ Leary is sitting Council Member of the Irish Exporters Association and continues to spend one third of each year in the US, connecting with clients and building the business

Anthony O’Mara is President (EMEA) at Trend Micro, a global leader in cloud security. O’Mara is internationally recognised as a leader in financial and operational excellence with over 20 years’ experience in executive roles with Fortune 500 companies such as DHL, Symantec and Sun Microsystems. Since he joined Trend Micro in 2001, O’Mara has been responsible for EMEA operations and executing a major growth strategy. In 2003, O’Mara established Trend Micro EMEA headquarters in Cork, and has grown the headcount from 8 to 230 in 7 years. He continues to drive investment in the EMEA business operations centre located in Ireland, and further significant expansion is expected later this year. O’Mara was recently appointed as Director of Global Business Operations, Trend Micro, with global responsibility for sales, marketing, finance and operations. An appointee to the Board of Directors of Cork Chamber and it@cork, O’Mara regularly engages with the IDA and chairs a number of committees to ensure Ireland’s competitiveness in a global context. Jerry Kennelly is founder and CEO of Tweak.com, which makes Madison Avenue standard design accessible to business owners worldwide. Tweak offers more than a million pieces of design to business owners across 350 business types, creating instant access to the world’s best design and printing, offering savings of up to 80%.

Kennelly was founder and CEO of Stockbyte and Stockdisc, two companies based in Tralee, Ireland that captured 10% of the global royalty-free stock photography market in ten years. In April 2006 both companies were sold to Getty Images (formerly GYI) for a consideration of $135 million. Kennelly’s companies produced the highest pro-rata profit and profitability per employee in this worldwide industry.

Kennelly, a photojournalist, who started his first business as a photographic news and picture agency in 1981, has been honored by the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards and was selected as the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005. He was named as Ireland’s Net Visionary, the premier award in the Irish Internet Association’s annual awards ceremony in September 2011 Twitter Handle: @livetweak
